"Staff and check-in was very pleasant. Room was clean and nice. The bar and restaurant area was really nice. Had breakfast in the restaurant and that was very good! Definitely would stay here again. Easy walking distance to downtown Dells."

"Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the...

"Es la 3 vez q me quedo con mi pareja, el hotel es excelente pero esta vez nos entregaron el baño sucio y aparte el día que nos íbamos, yo bajé a la piscina y mi pareja se quedó en el cuarto y le abrieron la puerta el personal de limpieza a las 9 de la mañana sin ser la hora del check out y aparte el estaba semi desnudo, me pareció una falta de respeto horrible y de lo comunique a la chica de recepción"

"The main areas were dirty, security in the area was nonexistent, the doors were accessible to anyone not staying at the hotel, and the hot tub was in terrible condition."

"The hotel was above average for quietness, but it may be the time of year; most local attractions are still closed, so the normal mad crush of families wasn't in full swing. The room was large and comfortable, and it was priced well (again, it may be due to the off-season)."

"We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and nice. The place looked clean and tidy. I would say there were two minor issues; there isn’t enough parking by the chalets but you can park by the office which is few feet away. The second issue is the hot water wasn’t enough. I would definitely recommend it and would book there again for sure. "

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. We had one issue with the toilet but as soon as we let them know, they brought someone up immediately and it was fixed. This will be a place. We will definitely stay again especially because it’s near everything that you would possibly want to go to"

"We checked into our room and found someone’s dirty socks and underwear on the floor in the bathroom behind the door. Otherwise the room was satisfactory but a luggage rack would have been nice. The building and hallways are very dated. We did not know about the breakfast until we were checking out but we did not care to stay for it."
