"All in all, our stay was very good. A small, rustic cabin, which I loved. The only thing I would like to mention is that there are no clothes closets or dressers. There is a small chest in the bedroom. If planning to cook a lot, make sure you bring spices/seasonings and maybe a casserole or baking dish.Very quiet and peaceful and the view at the end of the road is beautiful Internet works best sitting on the front porch. It is pet friendly."

"Really nice cabin, great settling. The carpet could use a cleaning and the silverware was very limited, but we would still definitely stay there again."

"cabin need to be better mark with address could not see the number from the street"

"We were looking for a quick quiet place to reset. This did the trick. Very quiet and peaceful. Cabin was clean and had all we needed for a simple weekend away. Host was very responsive. Will be back."

"Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with. ...

"It was great!"

"This cabin was great! Was driving all day and felt like we were at home instead of at a hotel. Will definitely have to consider making this our stopping point from now on when driving east."

"Very nice and up to date and clean. Quaint and cozy. "

"Very nice place & very clean. Host was very prompt with answers to questions to questions."

"Beautiful cottage, very relaxing!"

"Such a gem!"

"Very clean and comfortable cabin. Nice location and host was very accommodating."

"House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. In a very rustic area, but still had good water pressure, heat (temp dropped dramatically the day we arrived), internet and parking. Would loved to have stayed longer! Thanks for a nice, comfortable and beautiful place to rest after a very long drive. :)"

"Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely screened in porch we put to use day and night. We had a great time."

"Had a great Easter weekend with our family and grandchildren. The deck and fire pit are great outdoor spaces! And we enjoyed the main living area inside as well. The kitchen is a little tight, no dishwasher. The stairs from the main level to the basement are steep and narrow, more hazardous than expected. Everything worked OK, had hot showers and AC. Plenty of parking space but be prepared for all the trips up and down those outdoor stairs to haul in all your stuff - good workout for sure."

"House was very spacious, inside was clean and very nice outside wasn’t in the best shape but for the location of the property not much could be done overall great stay very remote great for a nice quiet weekend getaway"

"Was a very nice place. Porch was great!"
