"Clean room and quiet"

"When we checked in, one of the pillows had makeup stains all over it. The entire suite was visibly dirty, every touch surface could see finger prints and grease marks from hands/fingers. Microwave had crusted food in all the surfaces. I went to front desk, got clean pillowcase and cleaning materials and cleaned the room myself. The front desk apologized and advised they could not move me to another room as they were sold out. The property is dated, stains on the upholstery and signs of wear/tear...

"The staff (Derek and Rai) were awesome! Breakfast has many options and was good! I came in from NJ to celebrate my daughters birthday (she lives in Harrisburg). I booked this hotel because it has an indoor swimming pool, the one and only thing she asked for. Unfortunately, the water was frigid and way too cold to go swimming. The hot tub was occupied by 3 children, all under the age of 5? And their grandparents. Extremely disappointing."

"This hotel was very clean, I have no complaints. They also have free breakfast in the morning starting at 7. The staff are pleasant and there is plenty of parking. I will definitely stay again on my next visit!"
