"Negatives: Nobody at the desk at 5pm for check in, no sign saying when they'd be back, and a 15 minute wait before someone came to the desk. Room was not at all well maintained. Walls badly in need of paint, lots of damage, a light bulb missing from a lamp fixture, dust and dirt collected along baseboards and corners, remote control on its last legs held together by tape. "GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!! The sofa in the room was horrible! It should have been out in a dumpster! Absolutely gross. It was so bad that we took the bedspread off the bed to cover it up! The sofa in the foyer was just as bad. We did check between the bed sheets to make sure it was clean and it pass the test, the sheets were clean as far as we could tell. NEVER AGAIN will I ever stay there."

"Staff went missing from front desk for about 30 minutes around 11 p.m. when I had an issue with my room and needed to switch rooms-Housekeeping were loud in the hallways in the mornings, didn’t even clean mainly just messed around. Floors were sticky, no clean towels, breakfast was ok but the same thing for 3 days gets old. "This was a nice place to stay while on a trip with friends. Our room was very clean and the staff that checked us in and at breakfast were very kind. After reading the reviews raving about this place, I expected a little more, but it was still very nice. I have no real complaints. I would stay here again. It was definitely worth the price."
