But the most serious issue was that our room door was left unlocked two nights in a row, with no resolution from staff. "Beautiful hotel with a great comfy bed. Secure parking underground (although it's costly at $29/day). Only issue was that the hotel website reads that Georgetown University is a 15 minute walk which is why we chose this hotel; it took us over 30 minutes.
