"It’s an old and tired building and the rooms are dingy and dark although clean. The car park is down a step, untarmacced hill on waste ground and is not lit in any way. It was difficult to pull my suitcase up to the hotel. It’s a rabbit warren inside the hotel lots of doors and steps up and down to different corridors. I dont think it is worth the money."

"Rookery Hall is nothing short of stunning!. What a place. Beautiful grounds, the building is amazing to look at inside and out, the staff can't do enough for you and the Spa to relax. Check-in on the afternoon of 18 August was an absolute breeze—the receptionist who assisted me was a proper professional, welcoming and efficient, setting a cracking first impression.
