The buildings, the exteriors are great and maintained very well. However when it comes to the rooms and value for money its highly overpriced.
The staff is great and very helpful.
Breakfast is very basic but expected a lot more when you pay so much for a stay. The hot food section was strictly ok and I have had much better breakfast in hotels much cheaper than these.
Room is good and spacious but there is no AC. They provide a fan which is of no use as there its not powerful at all and the nearest plug point is far off the bed. Keeping the windows open doesn't help either.
Poor mattresses, we could literally feel the springs on the surface of the mattress.
No plug points near the bed sides either, which is quite common in rooms these days.
The only good thing was the dinner at the Brasserie which was great but we had to pay for it separately, so I won't consider it a positive in the review.
Overall the stay wasn't convenient at all. Paying almost 150£ per night with all the above things makes it waste of money.
