"When you arrive they have wifi available to call staff/Michael who will check you in, staff is not onsite. It's a quiet private area, I recommend going to the free breakfast 6:30am-9:00am it's walking distance to Zen Zauro and you can request room service, I had room service everyday for the 6 days/5 nights we were there, had clean towels and clean sheets and cleaned bathroom and floors. "The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...
