The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The hotel was exact as pictures show. Clean & modern. But what they don't tell you is how outskirt it is from the city centre. It's in a location where you can rarely find a taxi. They haven't updated their location on google maps. We got lost 3 times in the night trying to get back to the hotel because of the inaccurate location. It was very stressful the first night being lost in the dark in the middle of the forest. The hotel guy couldn't help with this. I wouldn't recommend due to the...

"The balcony doors ware out of the frame couldn’t close :( this is not okay I had valuable items with me and anyone with video of crossing over the balcony was able to cross over and try to get in. Sorry but Not okay. 2nd the shower floor was full of water after showering it couldn’t drain the slope was leading away from the drain . 2-3” of water was collecting there at all time and could go away."
