"Derek was extremely courteous and helpful. The furniture was all very comfortable and sturdy--obviously not box-store variety! Well stocked kitchen--which we enjoyed tremendously! We had no issues except a little internet issue and Derek took care of us right away. We've been doing this vacation for over 20 years, and this stay was one of my favorites and most relaxing of all. I'd love staying here again if we're headed back this way!--Trish, Texas"

"Waco Charming House is a lovely, well decorated, tech advanced, well equipped, comfortable residence. The living room was cozy to watch the smart television. Although I brought my own laundry detergent, the house offered detergent pods, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The washer and dryer worked like a dream. The master bedroom was roomy and comfortable. The street the home is located on is very dark and made walking from the car to the front porch a little dangerous with regards to footing...
