"The home was comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking in it and on the grill. The deer feeder was wonderful. There were 2 bucks and 2 doe that visited every morning and evening. We also saw several rabbits, squirrels and a road runner. The outside spaces were well thought out with views that were absolutely beautiful. The fire pit overlooked the valley below and the sunsets were stunning. We will return to stay again. It was convenient to Dinosaur Valley State...

"We had a great time during our stay! We were in town for our friend’s graduation and we were about 30-40 minutes away from the Tarleton campus. We enjoyed the hot tub and having the lake behind us was a great plus. The house was very clean and Sam helped us every time we had any questions."
