"This was the perfect location for visiting Fairbanks attractions. Exactly what we needed for our pre cruise tour stay. The hosts were very communicative. The house was clean, easy to find, parking was ideal. The bathroom and shower were clean. The water pressure perfect. Plenty of towels. Highly recommend!!"

"This is exceptionally basic. “Full” kitchen but oven rack removed so you can’t use it and only paper/plastic plates and utensils provided. Bathroom isn’t great with a child height sink and small shower with bottom third of grout covered in mold stains and a floor that appeared so stained I couldn’t tell if it was dirt or age stains. Overall the condition made me question the cleanliness. Bed mattress was comfortable enough and a very basic futon was the “living room” area. It did the job but...
