"This place is beautiful! The property is clean and well maintained. There are so many options of activities to do in-house or go to a an activity arranged through the hotel. In February, they will be offering several new activities in-house that I am sad we couldn't participate in - red light therapy, salt water dry float, and Aurora Theater glass viewing house. "Very nice lodge! Water pressure and hot water not very good. Breakfast buffet very good, but $26 per person. Suggest eating light in the coffee shop inside the gift shop. Terrific coffees and breakfast sandwiches and pastries will save some money. Good shuttle to downtown, $10 per person day pass. Staff was very nice. Take a walk in the gardens along the river...beautiful."

"Ordered a room with a pullout sofa bed, got a chair that did nothing. Staff told me it was my problem. Said I should have reported it earlier. Then I found out dirty cleaning sponge on the floor. They moved us to a new room but it was directly above the mitchen and smelled like onions the while stay we were there. The restaurant is not a bar of the hitel so you cant order room service and the alcohol cant leave the bar. Paint was chipping off the walls in all rooms."
