"My husband, our puppers and I came to Alpena for the celebration of life ceremony for our grandma. The trip was last minute but the hosts made everything super convenient from our booking theough thw emd of our stay. "Perfect. If I were to write a one-word review, I would use perfect. Check-in was easy and the house was spot less. Location was ideal for all the must-see locations. Our host, Jennie was readily available to answer any questions I may have. She was wonderful to work with. I have used VRBO for various vacations to the Carolinas, FL, and the Smokey Mountains, this VRBO experience was easily the best."

"Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you"
