"This is a really cute place to stay. Me and my guests stayed 7 nights here when originally we were only going to stay 6. However, we added an extra night so we could stay longer. The host was very good with communicating and super nice. Just a heads up if anyone wants to stay here there is an actual hot tub in the backyard and not the inflatable like the picture. Honestly, I would still stay here again it’s super cute and a quiet neighborhood too. They did a really good job at making this place...

"From the moment we arrived, the cabin was welcoming - clean, organized, all the items we needed for cooking and serving, feel at home decor. A great set up outside, as well. The location is a nice short drive into Alpena and the surrounding area. A beautiful view across the lake, including a wonderful view of the sunrise. And nicely quiet. We highly recommend this rental. Great communication with the host (quick responses and wanted to make sure our stay went well). We will be talking about this...

"We were met by a super cute and friendly dog named coco right when we pulled in.A little cabin that is updated on the inside.On a little pond that turned out to be a fishery for rainbow trout.Shower worked good,fridge was good,water was hot when you needed it.TV worked as advertised.Fire wood was included which was awesome.The property butts up to a national forest and the scenery was awazing..The owner John could not have been friendly or more accomodating.The hardest wroking 78 year old i ever...

A great layout and a spacious kitchen and dining area allowed us to enjoy all of our meals together. We managed the 2.5 bathrooms through planning and without challenges. The location on Lake Huron is just amazing and the grandkids enjoyed playing on the rocks. The Dinosaur Gardens with putt-putt golf was a great way to spend a morning with little ones."

"A beautiful house on Lake Huron. Well maintained and inviting. The beach area has a lot of room for long beach walks, and there are beach chairs, kayaks, and a great firepit.The house also has a lovely fireplace. The he pnly complaint I had was that the TV could not get live sports games. Otherwise, I would definitely reccomend this property. The 2 times I had to ask questions of the host the response was promt."

"Owner was very personable and helpful. The cabin is vintage without a lot of modern upgrades, but that is what makes it charming. Kind of like stepping into a 1940's lakeside resort. It had all of the proper necessities, fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen wares, etc. It was clean and comfortable. Cable tv worked fine. They supplied some wood for a campfire which was nice and each cabin has their own firepit. The lake is beautiful and we could launch our kayaks from the edge beyond the seawall,...

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was our first vacation as a family of three and with our two closest friends. The weather wasn’t the best, but the space indoors was the perfect size for games and relaxation. The hosts were extremely kind and we’ve been recommending this place to anyone and everyone we know. We would love to stay again! It felt like home away from home. "
