Parking was abysmal and I'm disabled so the property was terrible for me and there's no one to help. I was originally put on the third floor instead of the first one when I was also traveling on escorted except for a pitbull who was supposed to be welcome there but there was no pet area and it was dangerous. "We had to pay for parking $20 a night. Our shower mob broke and we were asked if the shower would be used because he didn’t know how to fix it. I had to strongly say yes the shower was need as we had excursion planned. Finally it was fixed but it took some time which put us behind schedule."

"I gave this hotel average marks not because it was a bad hotel. It was actually amazing! However there was a rave on the rooftop that was undisclosed to me that my room was right under. It was horribly noisy and the room was shaking until 9pm. The young lady who checked me in was not very approachable. The woman who checked me out was helpful and kind. As long as there is not an event on the rooftop I highly recommend this hotel."

"Would not recommend this hotel ever. Staff is unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Laughed at my questions. Didn't feel like I could even walk barefoot in my room. Wasn't given my VIP perk and had to ask for it. Pool is a glorified bathtub. "Free drink" - but they don't tell you it's only at the restaurant at the top of the hotel. Didn't even feel safe. There were people fighting in the street and could hear cars revving engines all night. Two moths also roomed with us."

Staff was in immediate communication with via phone and text. Home away from home. A great value for a place in the prominent city. Close to attractions: Meow Wolf, Elitch Garden, Denver Aquarium"
