"The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation. "Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. Additionally, all the trash from the previous guests were not taken and therefore all trash bins were full and had to be vigilant of the raccoons trying to get at the trash. The shower...
