"We had a great time staying in this home, and were grateful to have a warm, dry place to come “home” to after a rainy October day! Lots of space to spread out, two bathrooms which was great, and comfortable beds. Had the essentials stocked and was a convenient location for exploring the area! Owners were communicative and check-in and check-out process was smooth!"

"We had a great time with the family on Cape Cod for Thanksgiving. The host was very accommodating even answering on the holiday when we locked ourselves out. The place is literally on the beach. We were able to enjoy sunrise and sunset this time of year. Perfectly placed mid cape to access wherever you want to go. Great rooms with sweeping views. Best spot on the cape"

"I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. "

"Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!"
