"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting New York for a concert and I can definitely say this hotel was top tier! The property was extremely clean, the staff were phenomenal especially Carlos at the front desk, upon arrival he gave us complimentary early check-in, he thoroughly explained everything and was extremely professional and pleasant. "The hotel is modern and comfortable. The rooms were mostly quite from outside noise. The King Deluxe is pretty ideal for 1-2 people. The shower is a good size. The outdoor space and 2nd floor lounge are relaxing options outside of your immediate hotel room. I would definitely stay here again."

"Had a great stay at the Melrose. Cute and secluded, but close to everything. The room was lovely, clean, and everything worked. When I called the front desk for assistance, they were on it promptly and made sure to communicate if they might take a little longer. Will be staying there again!!!"

"We stayed here based on the proximity to a concert we were attending. Parking was easy enough with a garage next door. The lobby staff were excellent. Restaurant was okay. Very busy with long wait times. Room was very small. Really not much to do or see nearby. Walking around was a bit sketchy. No visible public transport"

"Checked into the room(the best part of the experience) and everything went downhill. The location is terrible. Very sketchy street that forces you to park in the garage because of car break in’s (you see the glass on the street near the curb). Not to mention when checking in, a guy was cleaning the broken glass out of his passenger seat. The room was clean but it looked like it’s been rented a million times and just worn down.
