" we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

"Convenient place for a single night in the Allentown area. We were at a concert at the PPL Center which was convenient to the hotel at a very reasonable price. The hotel is older but met our needs. My only complaint was the pillows were very small and soft and on a hard king size bed so took awhile to get comfortable. "

"The location was great for restaurants and other places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The 'boutique' vibe was fun and very comfortable. The bar was a very central gathering place that was welcoming and well stocked. There was coffee and some light 'fare' in the lobby in the a.m. We would definitely stay again if we were to return to this area."

"Tried to stay two nights for business close by. Original room given dirty with stains. Moved to another room. Also found stains and dirty carpet. Staff not much help. Left after one night. Would not issue any credit for night not stayed. Arrogant manager. Would never recommend this place with others in the area. Expedia tried to intervene with no success. Again stay away from this place!"

"Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used. "So far this place has been great. They worked with me with a couple issues that I had with checking in and staying in the same room. They allowed me to check in a little earlier than their proper check-in time after my long drive I was very tired and I really appreciate it going to my room earlier than expected. I would definitely come back here again"

"I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again."
