"This property is horribly maintained, and the cleanses is horrific. The staff act like they don’t know anything and is run by an Indian family. Everything is dingy. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There’s mold in the bathroom ceiling. The tub has brown spots. A complete nightmare hotel from hell."

The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We were told we could get a full refund if we chose to leave however there was no compensation if we chose to stay. I was in the process of leaving after going up and down 4 flights of steps when the power came back on close to 11pm.
