"Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. "Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived."

"They decided to put chemicals in the pool at noon on the weekend of Fourth of July. So the pool was unusable from noon till the next morning. That really was the only reason we were stopping midway between trips to give our kids a break. Why not put chemicals in overnight?? Then the pancake maker was broken the next morning. "The pool area gets super hot/ humid in the summer. The area could benefit from an a/c system or an exhaust system to control the chlorine fumes and uncomfortable temp. Not bad when you're swimming, but if you are watching the kiddios it's not a great guest experiences."

"we stayed over the 4th, our TV remote did not work, and it took until the 5th for it to get fixed. Good breakfast, but there is a charge, and they were really pushy to get me to sign the book, even though I left the breakfast card on the book. No plates, and the staff was upset that we tried to grab clean ones from the stack that was visible behind the counter. Only one elevator working the weekend we were there, and it was busy since it was the 4th weekend"

"Property is old and in need of updates. They had a sign posted saying that they were renovating. Breakfast was adequate but more limited than I expect from a Hampton."

They had to replace the mini fridge since it was broken . And they charged my card 1 extra time for deposit ( they said it didn’t go through ) and I have made 100 calls so far for return . "The bed was uncomfortable and the chair was hard and coming apart. My husband asked if it was possible to get extra towels and the woman he was speaking to said unfortunately no. Another staff member came up and slammed a little plaque on the counter and said read it and weep. It stated that linens, dishes and a coffee maker are all available for purchase. There isn’t a coffee maker in the room but one is in the lobby. Signs are in the hallways posting quiet hours but there were still children...

"The hotel was under construction staff was rude and unprofessional they lied about my reservation and charged me for my room anyway I want a refund I never stayed there and would never stay it was unkept and poorly maintained I don’t understand why it is open to the public"

"Appears to be newly built. Bathroom fixtures are still sparkly. Staff was just as sparkly and helpful. Had a fantastic stay."
