"The area was super quiet and pitch black at night. The tent was cute and perfect size. We however did not end up staying. It was super smokey, when I opened the stove to add wood even more smoke poured from it. Being from eastern Kentucky those are what we had and they shouldn't do that, so I'm thinking the pipe was getting clogged. If not for that it would have been super cozy."

"The house was AMAZING! The photos do not compare to the views of the lake - spectacular is the only word to describe it. The living space faces the lake with large open windows so your view from almost every corner is beach. The water was fairly choppy during our stay but it meant that we could hear the sound of the waves with the windows open constantly. The peace that we felt during this stay was unmistakable. My family had an amazing time with much needed peace, quiet and rest! Thank you so...

"Very beautiful house. Just enough space for everyone to spread out. The walk to the beach was a little hike, but the beach felt private and was well worth it. "

"We had 14 people stay for a meeting & celebration. Absolutely beautiful property - HUGE, lots of separate spots for private conversations, and huge meeting room, deck & kitchen for a big cook out dinner. Great views, only issue is parking is limited (large public lots may be open in the season ?)"

"This was our second time staying at the Nook. Penny is great, the place is so conveniently located, and always has everything we need! "

"So the mobile home situated on a lake shore in a nice, busy camp site is beautiful. Having breakfast sitting out back was wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was a great base for the State and National Parks nearby as well as close enough to Chicago. It is close to a very busy main road and so it is noisy outside. The fire pit is very cool and there is an ample supply of logs. We had absolutely no issues and the communication from the property manager was fantastic. Thank you."

"Very comfortable and peaceful. The house is amazing! The carpet in the dining is very slippery. Just wanted to let know for safety precautions. Overall it was AWESOME!"

"Absolutely lovely stay! Space was cozy and host was phenomenal!Amenities were on point, and the location was convenient for traveling to various points on the Dunes and trails! Would recommend anyone spend time at this rental, and would love to come back again!"

"No curtains at all. Small window air conditioning that doesn't cool the whole cabin down. Sketchy ladder screwed into the wall to got to the loft. Any mobility issues beware. Wifi has no internet. Was there less than 30 minutes no reund offered. It is new and clean. "

"We enjoyed the stay and being able to bring our dogs was the best. The property is great, we did not use the hot tub, but did walk to the beach and that was great. There is also great food within walking distance so that was a plus too. Would stay here again. Just would recommend you do not try and come in a full size pickup with 8 foot bed, parking was a challenge even though they do have plenty of parking. It's a narrow lane the home is on and tricky to get the truck in and out. Next...
