"I loved the private bathroom and private deck that was directly off my room. My room also had a great A/C unit which was helpful since Anchorage was having a heat wave that week (in the high 70's!). "Stayed here one night each time while transiting anchorage this past week. The first time the room was not even ready with old towels lying and the bed not made. On the second occasion, the room was dirty - it had used washcloths that were not removed, stains on the bathroom floor, stains on the curtain, terrible amenities (basic body wash, soap - either unavailable or very low quality, with the hand wash in a bottle that was relabeled with a sharpie!!!!), toilet old/stained, and to top it all...
