"Nice stay , clean hub and very friendly staff"

"Breakfast was included and excellent, great location and staff were helpful. The only downside was house keeping, on the first day our room was cleaned but towels were left on floor and nothing was refreshed e.g tea and coffee but on second day room wasn’t cleaned at all. Friends Leo stayed and had a similar experience. I would go back but it was let down by housekeeping"

"The staff were very nice and we really appreciated the ability to drop off our luggage before we could check-in. This hotel in general is in a good location that is close to public transit. Our particular room was the on the 4th floor close to the roof and there isn't an elevator from the 3rd to the 4th. Luckily we packed light so it wasn't a problem for us."

"Great location, very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and a little small. The bathroom was especially tight. We had a canal view room on the fourth floor and the views were great. The 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was convenient. The elevator was very, very slow. The Anne Frank House and a lot of good dining options close by."

"There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group."

They put us on a floor that was undergoing renovations (our hallway was covered in painting tape and had unfinished light fixtures), and our room had non-functional ventilation and sparse seemingly unfinished decoration. Our room also had no view (despite advertising a city view) and the bathroom was smaller than advertised. We raised all of this after one night, and mid-way through our stay...

"Really mediocre hotel priced like an upscale lodging. Toilet ran, sink drain was clogged, had to insist on a change of towels. Many steep steps from street to front door. Breakfast was very good and location excellent. Many better choices available in Amsterdam."
