"Check in was quick and easy. Stay was fine but housekeeping entered room at check out while knocking simultaneously. Did not have opportunity to answer. Not sure what that was about"

"The room was supposed to be a non smoking room. It reeked, with a newborn baby and a 2 year old they tried to spray the room with downy to remove the odor and we said that was unacceptable. What kind of response is that? We asked for a room change and they didnt have one, so we asked for our deposit and refund and they didnt give us back our money. That placed should be visited by the city because the sanitation in that environment is not acceptable."
