"Really nice room and staff"

"I have to say the check in went a bit rough for no reason. The guy who helped my daughter and I was abrasive and too forceful explaining the deposit to us …I think this guy needs to work on his customer servixe some. Maybe he will show some kindness and respect to 2 ladies who could have stayed anywhere !! Nice quiet stay ..beds were super comfortable and room was nice size. Oh and the shower. The shower was simply amazing. I think j showered 6 times in 2 days. Great stay. We will return...

"It wasn’t my first choice of places to stay because Motel 6 doesn’t have the best reputation. The room was clean. And there was one towel for each of us. We asked for more towels and we were told we had to turn in our other ones before we could get another towel. I also was unaware that we were literally right next to a freeway. We asked the hotel if they had beach towels to use and we were told no we were also told we couldn’t use the bath towels. Parking was pretty good the first two nights...

"I was extremely disappointed with our stay. We paid nearly $600 for just one night, and it did not come close to meeting expectations. When we pulled back the sheets, we found what appeared to be bed bugs on the bed, which was both alarming and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the main pool with the water slides was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel for our kids. "Stayed one night since we did a short trip to Disneyland. The bar and restaurant staff was great and made our overnight stay relaxing when we were resting from our park visit. The shuttle to Disneyland Park is always on time and the drivers were patient with all the different characters, and I don't mean the Disney Characters. The only thing about our room was the mirror was not secure enough and you could tell the mirror had been broken or taken off at least once."
