"The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...

"The room was clean. They gave new towels when asked they were brought to our room. Breakfast included alot of bread, eggs, instant oatmeal, bacon etc. I enjoyed it. We were there for the 7pm wine, cheese, crackers etc.. that was nice. I got all the coffee and hot chocolate I wanted. I really enjoyed staying here and it's close to the train station and sights. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was pleasant."

"Needs an overhaul, ripped shades and scuffed paint, but clean and depending on what you need very good location"

"Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great position and price point"

"Convenient location and a clean, comfortable room."

"The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and...

"Très bon hôtel, personnel adorable, seul chose a relever notre chambre n'a pas était nettoyé et aucune serviettes changées en 6 jours."

"The Front Desk Staff were very helpful! Especially Mr. Samuel who I would say was exceptional! Everything was conveniently located and within walking distance! We had a great time!♥️"

"On the good side, we were able to do an early check-in and the pub's staff was very kind. The pub is well-located, at about 20 minutes by bus from Westminster and very close to Waterloo station, in a nice and calm area. However, we had a room very different from what was advertized - but also quite different from the reviews, so perhaps we were unlucky with our room. The room was windowless, despite the establishment claiming all rooms had windows. It seemed like it's been empty for a long...

"Incredible staff, hotel in a great, safe location for solo travellers."
