"The Victoria Inn is very close to the 58th Street show and was convenient for an overnight stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities for tea and coffee in the room and air conditioning. There was very little natural light in our room which made it a bit gloomy at first sight."

"We were just there as an overnight stay. When we arrived I was a little worried because the Gateway Hotel was right on the main road going through Clapham, but you didn’t hear much road noise at all. We were there during the heat wave and was pleasantly surprised by a portable AC unit for the apt. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others."

I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. "It was a slum. No air conditioning, no drier, the washing machine leaked. It was in a sketchy part of town. The door had been broken into. There were dirty towels and linen in the cupboards, the light fixture was hanging down from the ceiling. We left immediately and found an appropriate accommodation. It felt very unsafe.
