"Beautiful clean room and amazing staff. Everyone at Catalonia Magdelenes was super helpful and accommodating! Great location and near to many, many shops and restaurants. My daughter lives in, Spain (last 6+ years) and we are Europe every year to see her! :) I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona."

"Clean, but not made for a family of three, and let me be the first to demand that they delete “one bedroom” from the room description. I paid for a room with one bedroom, including a queen bed and a twin bed. What we got was a queen bed and a sofa bed that took up the entire living space it was like walking on the ledge of a building, trying to get around the room. Also not convenient for taxis or Ubers. But it is just steps from the cathedral, so there’s that."

"The location, rooms and staff were great. The pre paid breakfast option is a must. The little side lounge was a fun add on as well. The only downside was no fridge in room and the gym wasn’t really a gym. Be aware there is a tourism tax to be paid at checkout. Outside of that great place I recommend!"

"Hotel is situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Very, very historical and charming. Hotel is elegant, artistic, and with all modern conveniences. Outdoor portion of hotel restaurant is in a historically significant plaza. Sitting there sipping wine would in itself be a nice holiday, but, of course, Barcelona is one of the great cities of the world."

"This is a beautiful hotel min an historic building that honors its past. Everything about it is beautiful. Convenient location and walkable to most everything. We loved the gym, spa and rooftop pool. Highly recommend."

"An excellent occasion in the heart of the old town. At night it could be a bit noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. However, the windows are double glazed and enhanced the experience rather than being a problem."

"We loved our stay(s) at Casa Pince. We decided to stay there twice during our European visit. The first room was our favorite with two cute balconies over the streets. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was nice and cool! Nicely re-furbished, boutique hotel in a bustling location."

"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"
