The place itself is clean, the staff is friendly, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. That said, the rooms are very small, think Japanese-style compact. If you’re used to having space, it can feel tight pretty quickly. Also, avoid rooms facing the street. The bars across the street can get loud and run late into the night. For me, the savings didn’t justify the trade-off...

"Bella (Customer Happiness) was a big highlight for me. She has pure sunshine energy and it was such a lovely start to the stay to have that reception and care, and onwards. "First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast. "

"Enjoyed the great location, access to restaurants just downstairs if you didn’t feel like going out. As well loved the pool and easy access to MRT! Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. However, for a luxury hotel I was surprised that some towels had holes in them and bathtub finish was worn. Staff, front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
