"The breakfast was decent. There is not any housekeeping services available. If you need fresh towels, you need to bring the used ones to the front office for exchange. The issue I had was when I brought the used ones to be exchanged, they didn't have any clean ones available. The staff informed me that I would have to wait for the laundry to be done and I could get them later. The other problem I had was an unauthorized charge to my card on file that they charged the day of check in. Not only...

The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced this. So on to the third room on the 1st floor. The entire hallway smelled like wet...

"The staff was great, no complaints. However my room was not clean, I had food and coins under the sofa bed when we pulled it out for my son. We had Reese cup papers on the floor. We were in the bed and the fire alarm went off, we took the stairs down only to find out it was a false alarm because the elevators got stuck open. Oh well thing happen, the actual hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Sometimes things just happen and me I think that’s what happen. I would give it a second chance...

"The staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. The breakfast had coffee, cereals, bagel, bread, yogurt, waffles and fresh fruit. For us, it was just perfect. The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep. The property needs updating, but I expected this based on the price compared to other places. It did not affect our stay though."
