"The breakfast was decent. There is not any housekeeping services available. If you need fresh towels, you need to bring the used ones to the front office for exchange. The issue I had was when I brought the used ones to be exchanged, they didn't have any clean ones available. The staff informed me that I would have to wait for the laundry to be done and I could get them later. "Blood on sheets. Asked for new sheets, got offered a sheet with more blood. Ended up having to use a fitted sheet as a blanket. Dead bugs and roaches everywhere, with evidence of bed bugs (nest dots and corpses). Hairballs on the towels and mysterious orange goop everywhere. It was one of the cheapest options for ColossalCon, but definitely not worth for that headache."

"Staff friendly. Quick to address any concerns. Breakfast bar with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Has a pool, exercise facility, and outside sitting area with gas fireplace. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area."

"Our first room had a dog down the hall that barked for 2.5 hours straight. When i went to the desk to request a room change there were guests checking out for the same reason. The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced this. So on to the third room on the 1st floor. The entire hallway smelled like wet...

"It's next to some train tracks that trains come by every hour and blow their horn. Don't stay here if you want uninterrupted sleep. Also the rooms look like they are from the 70s. But they were clean and smelled good."
