"Excellent location for visiting St Louis University. Checking in late at night was annoying, because there was no one in person and I had to fill out forms over the Internet on my phone. Free parking is nice but it was a longer walk than I expected (12 minutes)"

"Great location that had everything within walking distance. The host gave very clear instructions to get into the building, so that was helpful. Ceiling fans had dust on them and need to clean under the bed but otherwise it was very clean. Recommend Blondie’s for coffee and breakfast."

"My wife really liked the rustic feel of the place and was impressed with how clean it was at the same time. For me, it felt like a retirement property that I’d had for years, it was very welcoming. We didn’t take advantage of the water (kayaks, fishing, etc..) but we had friends over and used the grill to cook. We’d take our dogs outside in the back of the house and there was never any problem. "For the price it was great! The neighborhood was awesome to get to know. It was safe and clean. You will have neighbors above and beside you which can be noisy. This shotgun style duplex didn’t have much open congregating space for all 6 of us, but plenty of bedroom space, all queen size beds."
