After two hours from arrival we finally sat down but not to eat as the restaurants were then closed or needed reservations. Problems, check-in location, no information at beginning where parking garage door is, finding parking spot, no guidance to room location, assistance by phone on hold over 15...

"Nita Lake Lodge is an excellent, charmingly hotel situated at the end of Nita Lake in Creekside, just ten minutes from Whistler Village. We were looking for a relaxing, long weekend and we couldn't have found a better spot than Nita Lake Lodge. The Lodge is also particularly welcoming to dogs and their owners and Linda at reception deserves a special shout-out for her attentiveness and kindness. "

"Great place to stay in Whistler Creekside. You get all the comforts of hotel with the added bonus of in-suite kitchen and washer dryer. Pool is warm all year round and hot tubs are great. Location is wonderful next to walking trails, grocery store, coffee shops etc. Easy to get to Whistler Village. Have stayed many times and will continue to do so. Great for couple, families, adult friends - really any situation. Staff are lovely with every interaction. Highly recommend."

"The best part is the property's location. It is literally 3-minute walk from the central part of the village. The room was roomy. The mattress was very soft, and it triggered my lower back problem after a night's sleep. The worst part was its poor soundproofing. The walls were thin, and the wooden floor upstairs was very noisy. "Stayed at the Fairmont Gold in Whistler recently. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the overall Gold experience did not live up to expectations. The service felt below the standard I would expect from Fairmont Gold. While there is a lounge/buffet for Gold guests, it is quite limited and consists mostly of light snacks rather than a meaningful breakfast or food offering. "Quick stay, didn't need for much. There was renovations happening on our floor but could not hear anything and did not affect our stay. Staff were all very pleasent"
