She is a diabetic alert dog. Which is against the law for me to be charged. I don't understand how you refund someone and then take it back without any notification or explanation. This is very frustrating."

The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you. To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing."
