"Staff is excellent. Room and common areas looked visible dirty (crumbs on the floor corners of the elevators filthy). Carpet in room was stained. Hot water and cold water were reversed at guest room sink. Lamps, buttons, switches need a wipe down in the guest room. Coffee maker in room was super dusty and the only reason I used it is because the coffee machine in the dining room was disgusting. "During our stay a customer left clothes in the washing machine for over 24hrs. We expressed our concern to the front desk as our team needed to wash uniforms. One of the parents had to drive to a local laundry mat to wash and dry. Highly disappointed with conflict resolution especially when they knew who the clothes belonged too."

"We did not stay at this hotel even though we paid for it. The room smelled like smoke and the room was not clean. We walked out after entering the room and the person in the room two doors down started to come out and then immediately stepped back into the room and closed the door. We did not feel safe at this hotel so we left and found another hotel to stay in. We did not ask for a refund because I didn't want confrontation. I certainly don't think they deserve a 3 rating."
