"I chose this place for its location near Mingus Park and the fact that it looked quiet. It was one of the best appointed rentals I’ve stayed at—every little thing I needed and went looking for could be found (except a pen or pencil). It smelled better than many coast motels or rentals—you know the smell I mean. It was a little bit hard to find and I arrived in drizzle, so I was a bit grumpy about that.
