  • Bienvenido: aceptamos estancias de una noche, excepto durante la semana de Navidad. La suite 'A' en nuestra casa de huéspedes TOTALMENTE SEPARADA de dos dormitorios es suya cuando reserva este listado; la otra suite estará cerrada y vacante. (Si necesita las dos habitaciones, tenemos una lista separada para eso). La propiedad cuenta con unas extraordinarias vistas exteriores (no desde el interior) y una playa semiprivada con escaleras que bajan al océano. También obtendrá una sala de estar y cocina, un baño privado con ducha, además de un área de lavandería grande (agradable) y un desayuno continental. ¡Por favor, quédate con nosotros! :)

This property is so beautiful, the gardens are so fragrant, the view is stunning, and the host are lovely people - creating an amazing overall experience!! We highly recommend staying here!!

Gorgeous views and a stunning flower garden, plus Patrick's very warm welcome! We spent a lot of time down on the beach with our boys.

I was under the impression that the VRBO was a room with the view in the picture. It was not. The room is in the back of the property with no view. I was told I needed to sign a waiver to use the stairs to go down to the beach using their stairs which was quite odd. Very clean and beautiful property. The Beach view from the garden area was one of the best I've seen.

“We had a great 3-night stay. The place was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!”

Excellent experience from start to finish. Patrick was very kind and helpful with everything. Location is gorgeous. Loved that there is direct access to the beach below from the property

The views from the deck are worth the cost alone. It is breathtaking. The unit we stayed in was clean and well organized. I loved the little touches of ensuring we had everything we needed. Wish it had two beds in the bedroom instead of the living room but that’s just what our family required.

Great place to stay inside gated area and with access to beach via staircase. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a keurig. They did have coffee available using a method I was not familiar with - which was explained to me on arrival, but by the next morning I wasn't sure of the steps and just went without. Gorgeous property overall and there was no beating the beach access as there was no public access to the beach and seemed to only be accessed by people staying nearby. Never more than 12-15 people at one time on the vast beach area during my stay. Also would have liked a TV, but I had my Ipad so it was okay.

My family had a wonderful stay! Hosts were very communicative and they had a staff person who gave us a thorough tour of the property at check-in. Normally I prefer a less hands-on approach, but in this case it was very helpful - especially for understanding the front gate and access to the beach. I've never stayed in a place where the hosts offered so many accommodations to make us comfortable, including robes and slippers, complimentary snacks, toothbrushes in case we forgot our own, and blankets for enjoying the deck. The suite was a little tight for our family of four, but you know exactly what you're getting from the pictures. For us, it was totally worth it for the direct access to such a beautiful beach. Harris Beach is just down the road and worth exploring too, but we liked "our" beach better!

Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Patrick snd Barbara are wonderful hosts and provide everything for a fantastic stay. The view is magnificent and we enjoyed watching a storm while reading in the library one afternoon. Highly recommend!

This is hands down my favorite property and host to stay with in Brookings! Patrick and Barbara have thought of everything and go above and beyond their duties. They're an absolute pleasure to be around, and the location is unbeatable.
