"Except for an elevator that needed repairs, this was a delightful property right on the beach. In the harbor area, I think it was one of only a few in Brookings that could claim they were on the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, had a lovely balcony with beach/ocean view. We left the slider open to hear the waves all night. It's a large property with 4 buildings, so the breakfast room was large and spacious with plentiful options.
