"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"Outstanding room overlooking the lake and Queenstown. Staff member at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. A bit tricky getting there and parking across the way for a fee. Water Taxi fee is nonrefundable. It broke down and so we lost money. HOWEVER, the receptionist kindly held on to our tickets and other guests were able to use it and he gave us credit. Driving into town is busy and finding parking a challenge so look for the car park. It will cost you around the same price for the water...

He was able to track it down for me. Hindi ( probably not spelled correctly) was charming serving a different free drink and snack every afternoon from 3-5pm. G&T the first evening, a choice of pinos the next. Room was very clean and stylish. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower. View from the dining room...
