"Great place to stay for a family vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The heated pool was great. The balconies are small but the gave some amazing views. Breakfast had a decent selection with rotating proteins. "

"The breakfast this hotel offers, is across the street and you get a voucher for 3 pancakes per person plus a drink. The room is a bit outdated and dirty. The pool is never cleaned and the 2nd jacuzzi did not work so everyone crammed into one. The poolside chairs were dragged around by other hotel guests and the chair pads were all over the place. The older guy working the night shift, could care less about what was going on or keeping the amenities in hood condition. "

"Water pressure in shower was weak, no fan in bathroom. One of the three elevators were down so it made things a little challenging. But these are the worst things. THE staff was wonderful, the bed was super comfortable, location was really good. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The gym was filthy like debris all over the floor looked like nobody has stepped in there to vacuum or do a good cleaning in weeks. The inside pool had garbage wrappers all outside the pool and it needs cleaned also. Debris, dirt and large random clumps of long black hair in the pool which was gross and unsettling. The overall hotel had nice location and the staff for most part were absolutely so kind. However, they are mid grade range holding the Hilton title so need to be more aware that...

"The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay."

The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. "The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. "

This was supposed to be our honeymoon and when we finally got into our room there was pee and toilet paper in our toilet and dirty used disposable cups on our counter. "My true discontent was no irons; only steamers. Not evem one when requested. Because of this, I will never stay at this location again. The steamer should be the optional preference, not an iron. This is not a cruise, it's a hotel. When you have multiple things to iron, a steamer is not conducive nor the appropriate accommodation. Pleanty of parking; some staff were off-putting. "
