"We were very pleased with our stay at Arbor. The room was clean, roomy, and pleasurable to stay in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the immaculate garden areas with beautiful flowers and landscapes all around. There were many statues of playful children and birdhouses with doves and pigeons flying around. It lent an atmosphere of tranquility. The pool was also landscaped well with a wall of falling water. Breakfast was a voucher for the Reagan pancake house...

"This Drury Inn was absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and the cleanliness of the place was exceptional. Breakfast was always fresh and good and the Kickback at 5 was just great. I would recommend Drury Inn in Pigeon Forge the greatest experience. "The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad...

"Check in was a joke. The front desk girl was interrupted as she was checking is on by 2 motel workers that wanted to gossip about other employees of motel, the front desk girl could not complete our check on due to this interruption. Someone else completed. Rooms were remodeled from our previous visit but furniture in rooms was not placed in convenient spots to maximize space. TV would not work,no information in room on how to operate the TV or TV system."

"This is a new and great hotel. Everything you needed was there for you. So clean and relaxing. The kitchen was perfect and the breakfast bar was great. Beautiful grounds and pool. I will definitely go back. Recommend 100%"

"Nice, clean & good location to many shops, dinner shows, restaurants and activities. Nice staff and greeted us when passing by in hallway or at checkin desk. Coffee & breakfast were great also. Our first floor suite was wonderful with 2 queen beds, roomy bath & shower space. Nice sitting & TV area & microwave, fridge & coffee area. Also, a large closet. After checkout & just hitting the highway my husband said we should have booked it for next year! Great idea - we will be back!"

"I was surprised that there was a microwave by the vending machines but not one in the room. Overall, my 5-year old grandson had a ball and more than enough to keep him entertained!"
