"I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. "My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time."

"Nice hotel with big and modern ( and new) room with all the facility. Great location. In front of Ochio rios beach ( guest from the hotel has free pass to enter the beach). The negative points were: the WiFi is not very good ( a bit unstable) and there is no 24h reception."
