Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The stay started off good, some of the staff need more training when servicing guest, a lot of them had attitudes & a lot was very kind… fast forward to hurricane Melissa- our flight was cancelled 3 days before the hurricane touched the island, we were forced to pay the resort in order to stay after the hurricane destroyed the island, we had to pay $124 per person per night which ended up being $744 then we had to pay $400 then $200 finally we were able to leave after 8 extra days stranded, we had to switch airports & airlines which cost us over $3k… we had to clean out all the water in our rooms ourselves no help from the staff, we gad to carry our luggage from floor 3 to floor 5 then floor 2 due to all the water damage in the rooms & the elevators not working, it was water in the hallways not cleaned up, debris everywhere in the hallways, thousands of mosquitoes came after the hurricane & to top it off BATS flying in the lobby & hallways! Such a devastating vacation & waisted money, we were robbed without a gun by this resort.
