"The staff and property were very nice. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully organized, which made the stay very comfortable. We sat at the bar for cocktails and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of premium brands available. The beds were also super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.
My only complaint was that the water never got truly hot and was lukewarm at best. I did not report the issue, so it may have been something that could have been fixed, but my schedule did...

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."
