"Great location and nice old colonial style home, however upkeep of the Inn needs some work. A lot of pealing paint and loose floor boards. The Inn Keepers office looks like a trash pile through the windows. There was confusion with our check-in, provided wrong room. Thanks to the staff who noticed the error early. "When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry."

The front desk staff was very apologetic but obviously short on cleaning staff to prepare rooms. They did provide coupons towards breakfast but after we asked if they would compensate us for the late check in.
