Què li ha agradat: Estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We used to always stay at America’s cup until apparently it got sold always had free parking after new owners or management took over not sure which the room prices significantly increased and parking was not free. This weekend I had a $60 coupon so we ended up staying here because we always loved it here and it’s very convenient. The parking was a nightmare first of all I had to search and search for parking that I get inside and I have to download an app which I can’t download because I don’t have any Wi-Fi, I have to go through all this rigmarole to set up Paid parking then we get to our room which is beautiful and the staff doesn’t know how to open the door she had to go get somebody else to figure out how to open the door. We will not stay here again because of the whole parking situation other hotels in the area offer Beautiful rooms with free parking and no hassle. They are not as convenient but it is worth walking the shorter distance to get to downtown and not have to deal with the parking nightmare we dealt with here. Too bad because we love this place.
