"What a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Collingwood! Great communication from booking to check out, easy check in, convenient parking and walkable to dining and shopping. Rooms were modern, comfortable, quiet and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The hotel could have been cleaner and the toilet needed to get fixed. When we asked for this to be fixed, it was fixed quickly. If the room had been checked prior to anyone staying in it, some of these things could have been avoided. They were very good anytime we needed any help with trying to get the T.V. to work. Very friendly staff and a nice quiet stay. Also close to restaurants"
