"Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. "The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. "

"The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Our suite was spacious and clean with all the essentials. The view of the harbour was beautiful and we could see the sun rise to the east over the lake each morning. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and clean and the kids really enjoyed their time there. The staff graciously extended the pool hours on the Friday night to accommodate the guests who were in town for the Cheer competition. Thornbury is a quaint little town with nice shops...
