Viatges a Clearview

The hotel looks run down. Person at the front desk seemed like he did EVERY job. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash during every use. Breakfast was chaos, cramped trying to get food, items running out and no where to sit. My credit card was charged for 3 nights although we only stayed for 2. Yes a refund has been issued yet it will take over a week to reverse charges.

The location was perfect for the walking to the falls and the view of the rapids stunning. The Discover shuttle (free, goes to various spots in Niagara Falls and all the way to fort Niagara!) stops right outside of the inn. We loved the breakfasts— excellent menu choices which were delicious. We actually ate dinner there as well and were never disappointed! Filet, swordfish, duck—all wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Janelle, Shiloh, Kim and Julie. Thank you!

This hotel is very outdated, our bathroom shower handle was not working when we got to the room, you wonder if the bathroom had even been cleaned? The breakfast was not the greatest and no one to get more refills on the items. Breakfast area was dirty and filthy. I would not recommend or go there again
